My career has included leadership roles across global enterprises, cybersecurity innovators, and high-growth SaaS organizations, where I\u2019ve built revenue enablement functions from the ground up, led global onboarding programs, implemented revenue technologies, redesigned operating models, and served as a strategic advisor to executive leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Along the way, I realized something important:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The highest-performing revenue organizations don\u2019t succeed because they have better training. They succeed because they have better systems for turning strategy into consistent execution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, I partner directly with CROs and executive leadership teams to improve revenue productivity through a combination of strategic advisory services, operational design, and hands-on execution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whether serving as a fractional executive, interim leader, or strategic advisor, my goal is always the same: build the capability, create sustainable operating rhythms, and leave organizations stronger than I found them.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
